It’s 4am and I’m up having coffee in the dark. Campbell is sleeping but will get up at 5am.
It’s going to be 109 degrees today – and I think it’s already 80 based on the fact that I am hot sitting here in my underwear! haha
Zion is clearly a destination to spend more time at – And, my legs are really tired and it’s just too hot to do much of anything – so we’ve decided to get up for the first shuttle and see how many of the 3 emerald lakes we can visit – plus we’ll ride the entire shuttle route and stop at a couple of lookouts for the views then head out of town in the afternoon.
Our next stop will be Canyonlands or somewhere in between. Next post – more amazing photos!
