Off the trail

Yesterday was an intense and amazing wheeling day. About eight hours to cover 50 miles. Twenty-some of those were on service roads at the end — the rest were hard-earned, slow miles.
One of the highlights was finding an amazing swimming hole with a rope swing and ladders built up into the trees. We spent a lot of time swimming and jumping before getting back on the trail.
I recorded some notes while we were offline and may upload those tomorrow. Until then, we’re okay.
We’re officially off the trail and staying at Byrd’s Adventure Center tonight. Tomorrow we’ll poke around here a little, then head toward Bella Vista.
